- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Supply necessary content, images, and materials
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Obtain necessary rights and permissions for provided content
Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
- Payments
Payments shall be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Project Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary depending on:
Project complexity
Client feedback delays
Third-party dependencies
Technical limitations
Yash Digital Solutions shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
- Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
The client shall own the final approved website content and deliverables.
Yash Digital Solutions retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and processes used during service delivery.
Third-party software licenses remain subject to their respective providers’ terms.
- Website Development
Unless otherwise agreed:
Website maintenance is not included after project completion.
Clients are responsible for domain and hosting renewals.
Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- SEO and Marketing Disclaimer
Digital marketing results cannot be guaranteed.
Yash Digital Solutions does not guarantee:
Specific rankings on search engines
Exact traffic volumes
Number of leads or sales
Advertising platform approvals
Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
- Limitation of Liability
Yash Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruption
Third-party service failures
Search engine algorithm changes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
- Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.
Upon termination:
Outstanding payments become immediately due.
Work completed up to termination remains payable.
Access to services may be suspended until payment obligations are met.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
